The trailer wiring that comes with the Stealth hitch part # 391AUDA417T works just fine with sequential taillights. Basically the program that makes the taillights sequential is in the light assembly setup whereas the lighting harness wires to the lights that run to the taillights and is before any of that programming. view full answer...
The Hands Free Trunk sensors on most vehicles can have a reduced range when operating with a hitch installed. However it looks like in this case the sensor is higher up and points out and away from the vehicle out of the rear trim. This gives you an overall wider range of operation for your sensor than in other vehicles.
The Draw Tite Class I, part # DT24950 should not interfere with your 2018 Audi A4 Allroad due to the installation location of the rear sensor.

You should not have to remove the rear fascia on your 2018 Audi A4 Allroad to install Draw-Tite trailer hitch # DT24950 but it would help you have more space to work if you did. There aren't any specific instructions for that though.

While there is not a lock for your removable hitch receiver, it is incredibly specific. It is useless without the rest of the EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2", part # 306-X7370. It also looks like a traditional hitch receiver, so few if any people would think to investigate this hitch receiver further. At a quick glance you cannot tell the hitch receiver is removable.
